Being a mom myself, and having had quite some teaching experience as a barre/pre-postnatal trainer, I truly understand how important it is to stay physically active, but also how time constraints and individual fitness levels might be blockages.
Therefore, I offer singular private and semi-private sessions online and onsite (packages upon agreement).
The specially developed workout routine is suitable for during -and shortly after pregnancy and provides a physical workout targeting all parts of the body, with a special focus on the pelvic floor, as well as breathing exercises/meditation sessions.
